Privacy Policy

1.1 IMMOCENSIO SRL (hereinafter referred to as “IMMOCENSIO”), operator of Château de Drogenbos, Chaussée de Wavre 950 – 1040 Etterbeek, VAT BE 1024.770.356, respects the privacy of its users (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”).

1.2 IMMOCENSIO processes personal data transmitted to it in compliance with applicable laws, in particular the Belgian Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy and its implementing decrees.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) implies the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”), as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”).

1.4 The User declares that they have read the information below and authorises IMMOCENSIO to process, in accordance with the terms specified herein, the personal data they provide on the Site in the context of the services offered by Château de Drogenbos (hereinafter the “Service”).

1.5 IMMOCENSIO may modify and adapt this Policy, in particular to comply with new legislation or regulations (such as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation, applicable since 25 May 2018).

By browsing the Site, filling out forms or interacting through Château de Drogenbos’ social media accounts, the User allows IMMOCENSIO to collect and store the following data:

• Banking information: when required for the Service (IBAN/BIC/SWIFT);
• Billing details;
• Correspondence between the User and Château de Drogenbos;

9.1 This Policy is governed by Belgian law.
9.2 In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
